Default Can I jump start bike?

I have 06 F4i. Brand new from showroom and 4 months old. I use the bike everyday without fail. I didnt ride the bike for this weekend and today morning I tried to start but it wont. I am pretty much sure its a battery issue, cause the Green neutral light is little dim and clock has been reset.

I didnt expect this from a new bike esp since I drive every single day and I just didnt ride it for saturday and sunday.

Can I jump start the bike from a car battery? Will it harm charging system or any electrical thing on my bike.
I will take care that car wont b running at all and negative terminal will be connected to bike metal frame somewhere. What else?

I have one year warranty plan and there is a Honda dealer in town. Should I take the pain to take out the battery and take it to dealer for charging?
Thanx in advance for ur expert helps.

Talking abt the cause, do you guyz think that my Internatrix alarm system caused this? I have been using it for last 3 months.

Just don't turn the car on. Just connect the jumper cables with the car off. You could try bump starting it.

also, look into getting a whole new battery instead of just charging this one. Bike batteries aren't real strong and I assume your battery has been sitting for a few years which probably isn't too good for it...

yeah, have someone there to assist. You dont want the cables giving more juice than it needs. My friend had the same problem, jump it with a car and the battery exploded. [:@]

As long as your vehicle isn't running you can hook up the cables and jump start it. If the vehicle is running, it will overload the electrical system of you bike and damage the bikes electrical.
