Default Buying a 2004 F4I...Need Some Help Please!!!!

Heys guys. I'm going to be buying a 2004 F4I from a dealership. It has 1,300 miles on it, and looks in showroom condition. The salesman said I can get it for 6,800 Out The Door. Which I think might be a little high but the bike has alot of extras on it. It has a Two Brothers Carbon Fiber Exhaust. Hot Bodies undertail. Custom Leather Red & Black Seat. Black/Red Tank Bag, Flush Mount Front Turn Signals and also Red Hugger. There might be more that I cant remember lol but I think that might be it. Is this a good deal. Like I said the bike has no scratches, dings etc. and it only has 1300 miles on it. I would really appreciate any input into this deal. Thanks Alot guys.

Seems high to me. I got a brand new '06 out the door for only $1200 more than that. The mileage is good, and that is a few dollars worth of mods. Still, I'd see if they would take less.

yeah, that is a high price. I would think somewhere in the neighborhood of $5000-$5,500 would be closer.
It is a 6yr old bike, but that is extremely low milage and a couple nice goodies.

yea I'm gonna tell them I want it for 6,500 out the door. I think thats a fair price. It's just kinda hard to know exactly how much this bike is worth becaues even though its an 04. The bike looks brand new and with the add-ons I know that makes the value of the bike go up right....so the kelly blue book value say 6050. But the sales man said it has around 2,000 worth of accessories on it, I dunno if that includes labor or not so we will see....

I would offer him lower so you can come to a compromise. If you think you will pay $6500, why don't you start at $6200, and the worst that would happen is you would pay what you expected. Better case, he says he'll take$6300...you never know unless you ask.
