brake problem

ive replaced my brake pads, cleaned the calipers and flushed the brake fluid, brake pressure is solid. the problem is that when pressing the brake it feels like it grabs and lets go a little bit, grabs and lets go a little bit. is this indicative of a warped rotor or the need to replace the caliper?

after finding a post on it, people say it could be either or. whats the best way to determine if the rotor is warped?
im planning on trying to clean the pistons one more time or replacing the caliper.

its a 2002 honda cbr 600 f4i with 33000 miles on it

Hi Devin , you might try this ,
with bike on centre stand , with the help of someone else spin the wheel whilst holding the brake on slightly,,
if the brakes grab at the same spot each rotation I'd be thinking the rotor ( disc ) is warped .
good luck .!

99% of the time its rotors. If you've already gone threw the calipers as you claim then its even more likely its the rotors.
