It's a piece of cake... take the pins out that hold the pads, pull old pads out, remove caliper, clean caliper and piston seals real good, push pistons back in caliper and put pads and pins back in. Reinstall caliper, tighten pins, clean everything up with a lil brakleen, and there ya go! Super easy....

You only have to bleed them if you open the lines and get air in them. You're only changing the brake pads, you're not doing anything with the lines so no bleeding necessary.
And no, you don't need the bike on a stand to do the pads. Just turn the bars one way or the other and you get a good view of the front calipers whichever side you're working on. The rear is right there so it's easy too
