Default Brake pads

Searched a bunch but didn't quite find the answer to my question, so:

Any recommendations for brake pads for someone who just needs street use atm? I got myself confused over the different types while looking. Was thinking of either:

-Galfer GG semi-metallic
-Carbone Lorraine SBK3

I read a lot of people liked the EBC HH pads but I'm not sure if I even need them.

EBC Brakes imo are one of the better ones you can put on.. If you can find a cheap pair of the HH go for them.. I think i got front and back for my F4 last year for around 60 bucks.. They are well worth it.

No, you don't need HH or other higher performance pads for every day street riding. One of those two mentioned pads will work fine.

The dealer just gave me EBC pads, for like 45. Front and rear too. Maybe not even that much.

Anything wrong with OEM pads?

$36.00 (x2) for front? and $38.00 for rear.

I'm just curious as I see know one really recommends/mention them much.

Basic aftermarket pads are close to the exact same thing as OEM, and they're cheaper.

The Honda OEM are fine for street use and are actually quite good. I use them on my 954.

I used EBC-HH on my race bike for a few races, they had a big fade issue with intense use. Vesrah RJL if you really want to stop in a hurry.
