bootleg exhaust? opinions?

Default bootleg exhaust? opinions?

there are a few popping up on ebay and they have some vids with the sounds .i have a two brothers carbon fiber pipe i'm about to put on but i'm a lil interested in the bootleg, i've seen some guys on here swear by them and just want to hear some concrete opinions on both exhausts. thanks fellas

I would make sure they are the real deal and not knock offs..there are very many different versions of bootlegs...I wouldnt give mine up for the world

Hey i remember when u used to be singing a different toon... and wanted to sell it.... and SOMEONE had to explain to you what kinda pipe u had goin on

get a hindle
lol 2bros and the bootleg r just a little bit more on the loud side for me, i dont think the f4i sounds good with the hollowish 2bros sound

but thats just me, im sure you'd be happy with either one if you like your 2bros right now, i am pretty sure they sound similar

I really like the sound of the scorpion slip on which is whats on my bike.

^great sound. I have that. But I'm cutting mine down for the rebuild. I love the natural sound with no exhaust, however I like my hearing and not getting THAT much attention.

I do like the bootleg though. I give it a thumbs up.

I slap them up on ebay once in a while. Its relatively cheap advertising. They sell well on there so. So its the real deal up there. Let me know if you have any questions. I'll give the CBR forum a discount too. Thanks!

I went from a Two Brothers to a Bootleg. The Bootleg is a hair louder at the higher RPMs, otherwise they sound kinda similar under 5k. But for the looks, price, and uniqueness, Bootleg FTW. I'm just sad mine got rashed up in a lowside. (I'd replace it but I don't ride the F4i much anymore, so meh!)

Tom, glad to see you're still around and making them. I know people had questions for a long time and couldn't get a hold of you.
