Blowing Main Fuse
 

About a week ago I was riding my bike home from work and my bike just died. I was running about 70-80 mph and at 6500-7000 rpm. I was having battery issues before this. I got my bike home and bought a new batter. Now every time i go to put the battery leads on I blow my main fuse. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
