Is black that much harder to see?
I'm currently in the market for a new F4i and I'm also new to the "Riding World". I love the look of a black bike, but do you guys think that it would be that much harder to see vs a louder color? I of course want to be as visible as possible so I don't get 4 wheeled over, but if it's not going to make that much of a difference I would definately consider it.
Great forum by the way!

Hey Deckdout, what part of charlotte are you from. I'm from around the concord area and always looking for a rider here and there. Let me know and good luck with a bike. Oh yeah, and about color, as far as being noticed it's not that big of a difference. I drive a red one and still get people not seeing me.

Good to know then, thank you! I live near Southpark here, and work Uptown. I would like to get up and ride when I get mine. I have a good friend that rides all the time on his VFR and RC51. He tracks his RC51 as well. He's been a good deal of help in my search. Keep in touch and we'll get up.

Yeah, I know what you mean with the Charlotte traffic. I go to UNCC so i get in there sometimes, but i stay out of the thick of the city until it gets a little later. I try to find as many little curvy country roads when i can, but most of the time i try to stay decently close. Let me know when you get something and we can ride or if you need any help with bike places. I can't gaurantee i'll know much; but i try. Later
