Hey fellow riders, need your help. I have a f4i and am looking to buy another bike.If you were to buy a bike which one would it be (other than a f4i)?. I am kinda leaning towards the R6.

 

i think the 07RR is best of the bunch.

if it was me i'd get something different...like an FZ1000

 

07 600rr or maybetheGSX-R 750

 

well youre obviously gonna get biases responses here... lol. its like goin to McD's and asking htem if you should get a big mac or whopper.
but are you getting a brand new one? If youre getting a new one i think the 08 R6's are really nice looking,but ive never sat on one so other than cosmetics i dont have much experience with them.

 

I have a 04 f4i and would like to buy an 08. I know we love honda, but I am sure I'll gethonest feedback.

 

There is no reason to buy a 600RR with the 750 out there if you already have/had an F4i. I'd buy the 600RR as the first sportbike (after a learning bike), but as a second sport bike (after an F4i)it is too close to what you already have.

+1 on something different, FZ1, or Z1000 or even a MV Brutale if I find and extra 10 grand in the backyard.

 

Of the list, the '07 RR beat the **** out of all the other bikes during the shootouts in many magazines. I voted for the RR because of that reason, but I have to say the R6 is a bad machine. Wouldn't break my heart to have one at all.

 

out of those bikes, i'd definitely get a 750. I had one before and it was a badass machine. very good power but not over the top and very stable in the corners. Good mix of power and flickability. the 600RR is too similar to the F4i and i wasn't really impressed with the Z6 or the GSXR600. the new R6 though, is nicey. thing handles great and has a smooth power band if you get the S series otherwise it's only got top end. If it was me though, i'd check the couch (and a few other people's couches) and get an R1.
