Default Bike won't shift to second or higher

So I did a lot of work on this 2006 CBR 60 F4i I recently bought (New chain, 502 conversion, wheel bearings, power commander V, spark plugs, ASV adjustable levers).
After getting everything working I went for a ride and noticed the bike wasn't going in to second gear and was really jerky on the throttle so pulled over, on a hill curving right no less..dropped the bike on the right side losing my footing which was embarrassing.

Anyways, I figured it was the +2/+1 conversion that I wasn't use to or maybe the lever.

Here are my thoughts so far...
- Shifting to first did seem a little rough, louder pop in to gear than I am used to, could be a symptom...
- I had the bike on the stand and noticed the bike doesn't go in any gear either, which I feel is by design, but it feels the same way as it does when trying tod go in to second or higher.
- I am in the process of doing an oil change and charging the battery as it was about to die.
- I read that having the chain too tight can cause the bike to shift rough, but never heard of it not shifting in to gear.

Any thoughts?

From your list of work done I would suspect it's when you changed the levers.

I'd start by looking at that and your clutch adjustment. I'm not familiar with the system on your bike, but I presume it's cable operated.
