Default Bike stolen, found but now dosnt work

My bike got stolen the other night and found by the police the same night about a half mile from my place. However when it was found they broke the steering lock and also cut the ignition wires in hopes of trying to hot wire it but were unsucessful.

I have since then reconnected the ignition wires and check the battery and all the fuses and I still get no lights or anything on the cluster to come on.

Anyone have and ideas that might be able to help me because im all out of them now

I have heard that Honda uses a pink wire that goes from the ignition to the ECU and this is an "Anti Theft" wire so if it is cut it will not allow the bike to start. I also heard it has a diode hooked to it so you might want to check that as well.

Yeah they cut that wire, i just reconnected it along with all the other wires back to each other assuming that would do the trick of all the ignition wires.

since youve reconnected have you tried resetting the ecu by taking the battery out and putting it back in?

Also make sure those wires are not shorting with each other / the frame. Not sure if that will make a difference but i wouldnt want them touching.
