The manager can complain if he wants and I'll tell them call PPA (Philadelphia Parking Authority). A ticket for illegal parking must be issued before they can consider towing it. By the time they get there, I'll be out and gone.

 

Ive got the xena disc alarm. It goes off if you bump it at all, and continues if you keep moving it. Your truck cant be inconspicuous with a bike in the back screaming for its life. I sometimes have trouble just getting the key in and opening it before it sounds.
