Bike Running Rough/Not at all

Hey everyone, I posted a while back about a fuel pump problem, got that fixed with a brand new oem pump, and now am having problems keeping the bike running. I turn it on, fuel pump primes and everything, start it, and can only get it going with serious throttle, once at 7000+ RPM's it is flawless. Back down to idle and it chokes out. Fouled brand new plugs trying different things out. Checked the FPR and no gas shot out of the vacuum while priming the bike, could it still be the FPR ya think? Or maybe something else? I've changed the plugs, oil, cleaned the fuel injectors.
Thanks in advance for any help!

FPR helped out a little bit, but still won't idle correctly, swapped ECU and nothing... any ideas?

Las time valve clearance was done? How many miles on bike?

I had something similar where my bike wouldn't run unless I kept the revs up. Ended up just being old fuel in the cylinders that needed to be burnt out with a few good redlines down the streets. Maybe give that a shot? I was about to buy an ecu for mine, couldn't figure out what the issue was.

I'm not sure about the valve clearance, but thought that it was good since I have heard it run flawlessly since I purchased it about 3 months ago, and right before I was going to take it out for a spin it started to bog down... It has about 25000 miles on it, and I've swapped the fuel multiple times to ensure that it is clean:( It just isn't making any sense

Well, after 3 months, finally figured out what it was... The automatic choke was stuck open by the throttle bodies and just needed to be jostled around to snap back to close. It was running extremely rich and was fouling out plugs like crazy and wouldn't idle at all. Once you got it up in RPM's it would stay, but absolutely garbage idle. Runs great now. Thanks for your help
