bike run on 2 cyl!!possible fpr problem?help please!!

hello guys.i am new here and also i am new on cbr's.i searched the forum alot and i learned very imprtant informations but i believe i need more help now..
i have the bike only 4 months.it ran great till yesterday.
i coldstarted the bike and took off to go for a little ride.the at about 100-200 meters the bike started to lose power,it felt also rough, the sound changed also.
i believe ita was working on either two or three cylinders.
the exaust of the cyl two from left to right was the coldest.
the three was also cold but not as the two the 1 and 4 was hotter to the touch.
when the temperature rised i twisted the throtle full and the problem gone.steady idle power to normal levels etc.
then after some hours the bike was again cold.
i started her and after 10 seconds it started again.
i took off and waited the temperature to rise a little so a can safely give it a little gas an the problem went away.
i got home and now i dont want to start her again because i dont want to wash the piston rings.(in case flooding is really the problem)
some facts.
i used a injector cleaner for maintenance perpuse a week before.

these days here the humidity was very high.

the bike usualy started after half to one second after i pressed the starter.now it starts after two seconds aprox.

sorry for my bad english!!

thank you i advance!!

UPDATE

The bike started and run fine.
today the hummidity was low.
I looked at the white plug that carry current to the coils and had something droplets over ... apparently the rain that fall alitle earlier...
so my problem looks like its not constant but intermitment...
