Default Bike RPM really low at idle

Just got another f4i to fix up, and saw that it was leaking antifreeze. So I found the leak, fixed her up, turned on the bike, everything was running great until it was warmed up. Then the RPM dropped big time and had trouble idling, and it would not accelerate at all basically without choking out. Seems to me as tho it is running very rich. I know it's not the air filter, and don't think it's the fuel filter if it runs well at one point then not at the other. Maybe the fuel pressure reg? Or even the ECU? I took off the air box and was looking into the throttle bodies but didn't really know what to look for, any ideas? Also there is a dent in the gas tank that actually is leaking a little gas, would that have any impact on the bike? Thanks

spark plugs? idle adjuster too low? Fuel reg? rich usually leads to sparks and fuel reg. the dent shouldnt make a difference but its dangerous. if it hits the mid pipe it could ignite. where was it leaking antifreeze from?

It was leaking antifreeze just on the right side where the tube mounts on to the radiator where there is a clamp. So how would I check if it needed new spark plugs or fuel reg? cause its a pretty new bike, 11000 miles on it.

And actually I cant even start it now, it wont turn over... When I hear the fuel pump priming it doesn't sound quite right, sounds kinda scratchy amongst the high pitch noise it makes...

The screen or the pump could be clogged or the fuel level could be too low, but for the spark plugs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qV2r9Ew5hBw
