i had one that looked like that i got from an autostore, blue and greyish heat shield. i don't think it even lasted a year in florida.
the plastic/nylon whatever, started unthreading and eventually got tears in it. i used it 24/7.
best bet would be a shed if you are just trying to keep weather off of it at the house, but you probably have to pull a permit.
