1) Spray with aircraft remover
2) Let Sit
3) Pressure Wash to blast away loose paint
Repeat steps 1-3 as needed to remove all paint.

Only difference was I applied aircraft remover, wiped off, very light steel wool sand to get some residue off, some Mothers polish, and still got this:

Thanks! Rims are smooth!
I guess I was pleasantly surprised on how they turned out. Thanks to it being the summer now, it should be ideal conditions for the aircraft remover to do its chemical reactions. I did this in the winter time, and it took longer than expected to strip. Otherwise, tape off what you don't want stripped (I taped off the inner center of the wheel), aircraft remover, let sit, wipe off with a rag (light steel wool to rid of any stubborn sticky residue or reapply aircraft remover to these portions), metal polish, and bam! I recommend:
If you want even MORE shine, you can do the additional sanding route. After I stripped, I found the extra sanding to be completely unnecessary for my tastes. This was plenty polished and shiny for me.

Yeah they were there when I bought the bike. There's a lot on the side with the chain. So do you think They might have over lubed the chain with somethin and that stuff stuck to my rim?
