Bearing Removal Help

Anyone know a easy way to get the bearing as well as that rubber bushing out of wheels? I dont have a bearing puller so im looking for a different method lol...

dunno if its the same as most rims but for my crf450R all i did was remove the axel spacers, put a screwdriver under the one lip of the seal and use the other lip for leverage and pop it out, they come out soo easy, then slide a long taper punch into the hub and catch the backside lip of the opposite bearing. tap evenly on both sides untill it comes out. your sprocket side may have a locking ring on it that will have to be removed first. after they are out, use brake cleaner to clean the seats, whipe them dry. put your new bearings into your freezer so they will contract. once they are nice and cold, about 1-2 hrs, take em out and pop them into place, sometimes youll have to slightly heat the hub other times just tapping evenly on both sides works, or using a socket that matched up to the outer race to tap it in or they just push in, depends on how lucky you are and how worn your seats are. hope this helps

thats how i got mine out too.. and you can also use a long piece of all thread and sockets to press them back in..

same way for me as well... just take your time, not too bad. The F4i doesn't have a locking/snap ring or anything either.
