Has anyone tried to just fiberglass & paint the rear of the banana seat to make it look like a rear cowl ?

 

I saw somebody make a custom cowl for the banana seat... can't remember where though. I think the guy I bought all my swap parts from, who was on this forum, was doing a custom cowl for his, but not sure if he ever finished it or not.

I believe Targa makes a cowl for the banana seat... I've seen a couple people on here that have it. Looks pretty good too!

 

I think I like the euro cowl better. But I was looking at my banana seat and I was just thinking how bout I just fiberglass the rear of it, how hard can it be ?

 

They say you need to use scews to install TARGA which means, once you install it you can't use your small trunk. I also looked up on ebay, its said euro cowl is a lot easier to install.
