Well, ive saved up some cash. Tomorrow im going to start looking around to get my bike painting. I want to go all black. And have no decals or cutom paint ect, just black as it can get.

Does anyone here know what it might cost to do this? I don't want to do any prep work myself, I just want to drop it off and have it done.

You say no prep work, but a couple of my local shops will do it for about $400 to $500 bucks. But i have to remove my fairings and my tank. There really is not many pieces to paint. If i was you find out what it will cost you. Might even be less than what i said(especially if you go MAACO, but they use cheap paint), and go buy the professional equipment yourself and you can do as many paint jobs that you want, ppl say paint is expensive but its not, just call some places and gets some quotes. You can also do your own custom paint jobs for your friends bike and charge them half any where else charge and you will make your money back in no time and will still have all the equipment to do it over and over and over and over......you get my drift.

Thats what i did when i got my car paint job quoted and ended up purchasing all the equipment and now whenever i want to paint anything all i got to do is walk down to the basment and inhale some fumes.

Especially if your only painting it black, its much easier than you think.

you can get a really good solid black paint job for 400 bucks and they will tear your bike down sand it fix any imperfactions and paint it for that price.

or you could spend maby 600 and get a really sick candy color over that black just a thought
