Arghhh! Back pain is killing me.
I know the F4i is the more comfortable bike out there. But, my back is always hurting like crazy when I'm riding. I can feel the pain even worse after getting off the bike. I used to ride a Ninja 250, and that bike has a really upright positioning but it still hurt my back. I'm about 5'6" 145lbs. Is it just because my body positioning is bad? You guys having back pain riding your f4i?
Btw, I've only been riding the f4i for a couple times. Maybe I'm not used to it yet.

I too have a herniated disk... and no back problems..
try squeezing the tank with your legs more, and consciously use your abs to hold yourself up instead of straining the back. also, keeping your heals as tight to the heal guards as you can will in a sense force you to squeeze the tank.
