Anything different I should be looking at in an '04?

So I've had my '02 F4i for about a year now, and I have a pretty intimate knowledge of it. My buddy and I are going to look at an '04 for him (~11k mi). Is there anything mechanically or bodywise I should be checking for that may be different than my '02?

Also, the owner says it has a new clutch, should we be concerned about this at it's mileage?

04 with 11k miles and new clutch.. Sounds like the owner never adjusted his cable properly and fried it, he stunted it a lot and fried it, or doesn't know how to ride and fried it... Long story short, I had a rc51, torque monster, wheeled it all the time, rode hard, the clutch lasted about 20k miles (then i sold the bike with working clutch and no slipping). So 11k miles with new clutch, yeah id be concerned seeing as how the f4i is a popular stunt bike and less torque and power than the rc51.

But as far as i know, the 04 only changed the tail fairing and subframe... so by all rights, i don't belive theres anything to look out for.

That definitely isn't alot of mileage to have to replace the clutch.
You could take a peek under the shock and around the swing arm for rubber as maybe he was a burnt-out fan.
The R/R and CCTL are the main problems (Which are both fairly easy and cheap fixes) and other then that, I like to ask when all fluids were changed and/or service records as if he hasn't changed most of the fluids and has owned the bike for a couple years he might not have keped up on other maintenance

These newer F4i's doesn't have any adjustments in the front forks, at least models which was imported to Finland.

Well, we ended up picking it up. It is a gorgeous bike, and a really great deal. I told him to join the forum and post up pictures, it really is a beauty.

When asked about the clutch, the previous owner said 'well its got 11k miles on it, it just needed to be replaced...' Which I don't exactly buy, but whatever. He said he never stunted it. To be fair, the clutch felt great when I test rode it.

Here's a teaser:

Maybe the previous owner thinks you change the clutch every so many oil changes? Looks good, how much?

I dunno, he seemed pretty knowledgeable outside of the clutch thing. $3500. It has a full micron exhaust, integrated taillights, K&N, LED flushmounts, and in near perfect shape. For this time of the year, it was a great deal.
