Go by a fabric store and they'll have vinyl fabrics in various colors/patterns. You want to use "marine" (outdoor) vinyl. As for the foam, maybe check local upholsterers. If you decide not to go that route, you can buy pre-cut seat covers (around $50).

BTW, did you resolve your clutch problem?

Well I think that the screw was put on tightly mainly because the clutch handle seems to move around to much so thats why tighted that screw on but now i loosen it up already seems better but my mechanic told me that I might need a clutch soon because the cable clutch is pulled its max, I dont know how to tell when I need one whats the signs?

The clutch will start to slip. You'll twist the throttle, the RPM go up, but the bike won't accelerate accordingly, how it's supposed to. That's because the clutch plates don't grab each other (slipping). Also, you may notice that while stopped, with the clutch fully engaged (in gear), the bike will want to creep foward.

EDIT: DELETED
