Any saddlebags that I can use with a passenger?
 

Hey all, I'm looking at getting saddlebags that I can use while I have a passenger. Most of the models I see cover the passenger pegs. Any suggestions?

there are no saddle bags that i know of that extrude way past the rear of the bike to allow access to the passenger pegs, but don't hold me to that. most of the bags hug the bike around the undertail to make it more secure with the bike

that just sounds like a bad idea altogether. a passenger and saddlebags? sounds like a lot of extra weight. unless your passenger is anorexic!

LOL. My girlfriend and I enjoy riding. We have friends that live about 2 hours away and it would be nice to go on the bike. And fyi my girlfriend is very petite. With the saddlebags the weight will still be much less than most passengers: )

The best advice i can give you is to pack a backpack and have her wear it because trying to have her on the back with saddle bags is a bad idea and not going to be very comfortable.

I think we will need pictures of your girlfriend on the bike to give any kind of supportive feedback on saddlebags...and what not. Just saying!

I have an F4i. And lol my girlfriend would murder me if I put pics of her online. Fyi, she's barely 5 feet tall and barely weighs 90 pounds. I think I will just buy a bigass tank bag and small saddlebags that I know will not get in her way. Thanks for the help guys!
