ANy Problems with starting after Fairings removed???

Hi all , My bike is all apart completely, fairings, Gas tank, headlights etc... its all getting painted. But any way Just wondering is there anything I need to do before putting it back together, when i am about to start her up ,.
Its a 2002 F4i any sensors, or any special care needed before I start her up ??
Any Input would be appreciated Thanks All !!!!

Couple of things. If you've got the pump out of the tank, replace the gasket when you reassemble and you'll save yourself major irritation of fixing a leak later. Also, not a bad idea to slosh test it for leaks before you install the tank. Last time I put my tank back on I didn't do that and--it leaked.

The bank angle sensor is in the front fairing between the headlights. Make sure it hasn't come loose--unlikely. When you reconnect the harness, the sensor will also reconnect. You really can't go wrong.

Feeding the air ducts into the front fairing can be a pain sometimes. Seems to work better if you look at them through the front of fairing--the air entry side--and guide them into the slots with a screwdriver.

It's attached to the headlight harness. So like I said, attach the headlight ;)
