Another Headligth bulb thread!!! lol

So after reading thread after thread. I would like to do a HID kit but I want it to be like stock.....One light one for low and one on for High....But I want high to work right away....flipping the switch. So after reading seems like i cant have it that way. So with that said what do you guys think i should get for regular bulbs. I want good quality bulbs that light up well. I am open to advise here HELP ME LOL

If you want to use your stock bulbs look into running a relay kit. It basically pumps more juice into your bulbs than the factory setup.

There is nothing brighter then a true HID. I have the DDMtuning kit installed on both cars and bike and will do it on my next vehicle asap.

I have them installed on both bulbs and love it. Never ride with hi beam on unless there is NO ONE for miles in front of me.

Why not just install the HID on the low beam only?

Are you saying you want the high beam to be illuminated whenever the low beam is on? You don't want that at night.. HIDs are really bright. I leave both on during the day, but turn off my high at night.

So is the HID really that good where you dont need a highbeam? I drive alot down twisties in wood area that i use my high alot!!! but i dont want to bright where i get pulled over by the cops for my low beam being to bright

I use my high beam, but only when no one is ahead of me. The HID high beam fires up instantly and doesn't take long to warm up. Cops usually leave bikers alone when it comes to lighting. My kit was only $32 shipped from eBay & included slim ballasts.

It's not so blue in person...

As you said in your first post, it can be made to have 1 on for low beam and 2 on for high beam. if you unplug old unit and place the new one in, it will still function the same. 6k bulbs are great, that's what i have. Bright white and you can see for miles with both of them on hahaha
