I put the rim stripes on today. Pretty easy application. I'm no pro, so they are not perfect, but they look good to me. The pics actually do not look as good as real life, but oh well.

Very nice. Always thought the yellow rim strips looks the best. Are those from Tapeworks? I've got some on my 05 f4i as well. I did the charcoal strip color so it doesn't stand out as much but still looks good. Competition Werkes makes a sweet eliminator kit you might like.

Wow that looks really good. Amazing how much better it makes the wheels looks. I have a Silver and Red 01' F4i. I cant decided whether or not to put the Silver or Red stripes on mine.

 

I did the eBay thing. Good $10.00 investment. Ordered them Monday night and had them Wednesday, so the guy was pretty good. I am not gonna advertise for the guy, but if you want a link to the auction I'll send it. I am looking for an eliminator kit, but that will be a few dollars down the road...gotta get the wife a new car first.

 

I need that link, the stripes look too good not to do it. Especially that cheap.

 

The seller is racerboi07. Do an eBay search for "CBR rim stripe" and it should pull him up. You can also do an advanced search and look for him by name. I think this is all he is selling.

advert25, Just an Idea, Since the rim stripes are selling for 10 bucks on E-Bay, take a chance and color mix the stripes...Get both for the cost of a set from Tapeworks...IE: lets say Red on front wheel and the Silver on the rear, or visa-versa.....see what im sayin ?! I have not seen anyone color mix them yet......Just an Idea...since your undesided[8D]

 

I bought the 1/4" stripe. I like the little bit thicker look. I have read on other posts that some like the 1/8th". I guess it is all personal preference. Either way it looks good imho.
