accessing the tail lights

Neither the owners or shop manual is explaining how to get at the tail lights on my 04. Could someone shed some light on this?

on my 05 when i went to change out the tail light i had to just disconnect all the wires and then take off the tail. The tail light will come off with the tail section when you take it off. Hope this helps

are you looking to get to the bulbs?
take the seat off and the tail, unhook the wiring harness and there should be a couiple of screws holding on the red lense, and bam, you've got bulbs
