I used pre-wired LEDs, that have pre-attached resistors.

And no, I don't worry about the integrity at all. The peg itself will snap before the bracket.

P.s.- no - I don't think that your GF is fat - I just worry if she (or any other passenger - like other females) get an idea from time to time to stand up on them...
- or when you do a wheelies from the back seat pegs...

Nice set-up with the pegs. But I would have either done the pegs OR the integrated signals in the taillight... not both. It is alot of flashing/confusion IMO.

I disagree. Mine is set up with peg signals and integrated. The pegs add on to the integrated, and help distinguish which signal is on since the integrated ones are so close to the center of the bike.

+1 on akens above statement.. Also helps pass inspection in most states.. They usually require signals to be 12 inches apart.

Mine are 3mm yellow these: http://www.oznium.com/prewired-leds Just wired together to single +/- for each side, then tapped into my front signal wiring (since I had to redo it for LED flush mounts up front).

I bought a bag of bulk LED's off ebay and a bag of resistors and like Aken I just wired em up in a series, but I wired mine into the wiring in the tail.

AWESOME, thanks for the link!

Quick question, do you think a series of 5mm led will fit on the foot peg? I am not sure if the peg is wide (and deep enough) for the 5mm leds.

So you had to solder the wires and resistors to the LEDs?

Also, I have the same question for you, do you think a series of 5mm led will fit on the foot peg? I am not sure if the peg is wide (and deep enough) for the 5mm leds.

Thanks for the help fellas!!

The 5mm leds will fit. I've already drilled mine out to mount them. I just have to wire it up.
