$60 passenger footpegs with build in led turn signals
 

Never mind this was a fail. I didn't realize that our pegs fold back not up.

Explain how you have turn signals on your footpegs?

Hi Aken,
did you drill holes in your foot pegs or have you just "glued" to diodes to them?
How good can they be seen in the daylight?

Drilled holes and stuck 3mm LEDs in them. They can be seen as well as a normal turn signal during the day, and super bright at night. That photo was taken in the middle of the afternoon, so yeah.

You don't think that you have weaken them too much by drilling holes, I suppose?
P.s.- no - I don't think that your GF is fat :) - I just worry if she (or any other passenger - like other females) get an idea from time to time to stand up on them...
- or when you do a wheelies from the back seat pegs... ;)

Did you run the leds in series? What resistor value did you use?
