5k rpm noise normal?
 
since this is my first bike its an 06 cbr f4i, i just rolled it ove 10k mi today but unsure my bike since i bought it back in jan with just 8200mi make a sort of rattling noise at 5500 rpm then seems to be fine after that. and below that seems fine. possibly a cct?

Yep sounds like cctl, there is a sticky on this it is very common.

so if its working properly it should stay smooth throughout the rpm range?

Sounds like bbs kinda, it's easy to change but you can ride on it.
I rode 3k miles on a noisy cctl till I couln't take it anymore and changed it.
