RE: 2008 Suzuki 650f VS F4i
It looks like they just added new plastic to the Kan-O-tuna (Katana). I think it is abhorently ugly. But, I have to hand it to Suzuki for offering a bike to newer riders thatisn't a full blown RR model. If Honda would only introduce/re-introduce a 450RR and a 750 sport bike.

I like the look of the ergos, who wants to be down on the bars for every mile of every ride. That is why I got the F4i and not the RR.
Maybe Honda will smarten up and put out a F4i replacement meant for comfortable 300 mile rides, maybe a mini-Intercepter, something cheap and fun with decent weather protection.

Haters, why post things from other bike makers just to bash them?
Have you ridden one? NO!
Have you even sat on one? NO!
What is your point exactly? This is a Honda forum, are you just trying to act cool by bashing something that you have no first hand experience about? That sounds like an ignorant thing to do.

RE: 2008 Suzuki 650f VS F4i
i think there will be a market for it. not everyone likes the idea of breaking their back to ride a sportbike but love the look of it. suzuki is making a good marketing choice by offering another platform to get new riders to buy their products. honda is more focused on race replicas .. and that works from them but they (honda) could be attracting so many more potential buyers if they too offered a similar platform of the f4i but cheaper to get the introductory rider a chance to ride honda then when they are ready move up to a bigger bike. but this is just my opinion.
