This is what I went with below. The bikes are the same. 16 tooth front 46 on back for stock gearing but you can change those if you want of course. This kit is an EK MVXZ X'Ring chain which I have done lots of research and have had a lot of input and I've found that it is a good chain. I have read that the X'ring chain is better than O'ring but you can research it and decide for yourself. Good thing about this site is IT WILL CUT THE CHAIN FOR THE CORRECT LINKS/LENGTH THAT YOU NEED! You won't have to cut it so that is why I bout it here. The bike has a 525 pitch chain on it stock but it's understood a 520 will do the job and guys with even 1000's use them. 199.95 with 3 day shipping! Good deal. Sprocket Center has all sorts of kits for your bike. Below is the link of the chain/sprockets I got. Hope I helped you. I'm new with this myself.

Oem = 16/46 steel sprocket sizes. Chain = 525 @ 108 links.

Try Sprocket Center. Many of us here routinely use sprocketcenter for our chain & sprocket needs. They have chain & sprocket packages & will cut your new chain to length for easy install.

this is an older thread, but anyways I have a bike mechanic with 30+ years experience telling me to do a 530 conversion for longer life, I understand that a 15/43 530 is equivalent to the stock 16/46 525 chain, I want -1 in the front so he says a 14/43 would be what I want. I do wheelies quite often both clutch and power-ups anyone done a 530 swap for longevity?

Edit: also I will be going with steel sprockets the aluminum ones look sick but they wont hold up to my abuse

Going 530 does not necessarily have longer life... but proper maintenance/lubrication can assure longer life, even if you went with 520 size.

from the research I have done everyone goes to a 520 to save weight and then just get a really nice x-ring chain and your good, I almost think Tim my bike mechanic meant to say 520 not 530, he was saying the 525 is a goofy stock pitch. I decided to go with a 520 kit from sprocket center with the best gold DID they have.
