2006 F4I Fuel Issues

Hey everyone, I'm new to the sight and have a little bit of a fuel problem with my CBR.

So here's how it goes....

I took my tank off about a month and half ago to get painted. I just got the the tank back thursday and put it back on yesterday. I believe I've got it hook up correctly.

Anyways, when I went to start the bike, it had a dead battery. So I put the charger on it and let it sit. After a few hours I tried starting it and the bike turns over nicely, but doesn't start.

I don't think that it's the fuel pump as I can hear it prime when I turn the key. Also, I took the banjo nut off the fuel rail and let it prime, and fuel came out. Could the fuel rail or even the injectors be plugged after sitting for that long with out the tank hooked up? Any input would be awesome, because honestly...this is driving me nuts.

Thanks in advance!!

not likely that things are plugged up. if it ran before, then something has changed in the replacement of the tank. retrace your steps. make sure everything is plugged correctly and that the return fuel line is not kinked.

I have checked the return fuel line, and it seems to be working properly. Is it possible that the fuel pump is 'weak' if that even makes sense? I will have to take a better look tomorrow...right now I think I'm just going to drink some brew..haha!
