2006 F4i exhaust options, and best places to buy?
hi guys, been lurking mostly for weeks here, need some advice:
best exhaust for the money, slip on only. im looking for cheapest, but best quality, i dont like the D&D, i like the look of carbon fiber, but i know its more money, sound and looks first, performance isnt really the issue, as i will probably not be able to take this machine to its full potential anyway. I have looked and found Yosh mostly, people rave about two brothers, but i cant seem to find were to get it model specific. also in general whats the best place to buy (cheapest) exhaust from?
part 2 fender elim.
i have read about 4 reviews about the homemade fender eliminator. i did this previously on my ninja 250 once, and i woudl like to do it on this, but its brand new. i dont wanna mess something up and regret it. i have plenty of tools and some experience, but i have questions.....like if you do it homemade, where does the lock go? and how do the connections to the lock work? and how hard is that taillight-to-directionals box to hook up? i good with wiring, but would need some details before i start hacking a new bike, man i hate that fender. i just dont wanna pay $139 bucks for a comp works fender elim, if i dont have to.

RE: 2006 F4i exhaust options, and best places to buy?
I just installed my micron pipe yesterday, and I have to say I love it. Awesome looks and an awesome sound I'm super happy with my choice. As for the fender eliminator, I took the non experienced way out and bought the comp. one and did it that way. (which was still a pain in the a$$ to get installed).
Anyways good luck, there are alot of choices out there so just do what you'll like best.
