It makes me wonder if there was something different with the frames between the UK models that came with a center stand and the US versions that didn't. I agree though. Get some pics up as soon as you can of the interferance with the centerstand and this bracket you are ordering. I would like to see if there is a difference compared to my '04.

I might get flammed, but I would consider putting one on if I only had to but the centerand assembly and it wasn't a rediculous amount of money. I too do a large amount of trips and riding and if anything would happen it is so much easier to do work on a centerstand, even if its just plugging a tire. Not to mention the stability of a center stand.
