Why thank you!

Oh forgot, one thing to watch out for is bypassing clutch-switch permanently. It was discovered on CBR600RR & CBR1000RR models that ECU uses basic idle maps when clutch is squeezed. Leaving clutch-switch bypassed leaves it in this mode and yields sub-optimum fuel & ignition values. So bypass kickstand only and leave clutch switch line open.

I also don’t have a o2 sensor plugged in. And It seems my fuel pump isn’t priming but it startS with starter fluid

Spoke too soon, fuel pump works, surprisingly. It looks all rusted inside and stuff but hey I’m juiced.

so I’ve decided that I’m gonna put it in my Jetski..gonna be a weird one but gonna try

Hell yea! If I can make it work! For it to be balanced properly it gonna have to sit inside of it just like it does on the bike and i mind as well utilize the gears since I cant direct drive it and I’ll have to figure out some type of 90degree 1:1 gear box that’s strong enough to handle it. Possible make a lower profile intake box and cut and weld the exhaust to have them come out the side maybe. Oh and figure out a gas tank with a comparable fuel pump. I Got my work cut out for me.

is it possible to eliminate some sensors and vacuum system so I could just have the throttle body velocity stacks? which would give me a lot more room to work with. That would probably require a
tuneable ECU huh

Need to connect O2-sensor heater circuit so ECU won't have a fit. This is how it's done on-bike, you can trace heater-circuit in diagram and connect 2 ECU terminals with resistor to simulate. Also related thread: https://cbrforum.com/forum/new-membe...3/#post1354014

Only vacuum needed is for MAP sensor and that's tapped from throttle-bodies. Can remove airbox completely and use velocity-stacks & pod filtres instead.

Easy enough to replace ECU with programmable Microsquirt. Can actually re-use factory crank & cam-sensor. Not really needed unless you've got some crazy mods that factory ECU can't compensate for. Although you can gain quite a bit of power by leaning out factory mixtures and bumping up ignition-advance a little. It'll be extra rich without O2-sensor connected.
