Default 2004 f4i seat mod question

hello everyone! first time post on this forum

i have a 2004 F4i that i have been looking into having my seat lowered to aid with trying to not be so tippy toed.

i was in contact with frank from spencers moto care in florida who i was talking to about completing the work and now i cant get in touch with him.

he was going to lower the seat an inch and upgrade the foam to a different type for 90 plus shipping

but i have sent him a few email and called the shop twice

anyone else know of anyone who modifies seats with a good reputation?

thank you in advance, steve

there is corbin seats, im not sure if they lower it though. im thinking the guy realized it wasn't a split seat and its too much of a pain to work on, or doesn't want to requote.

He sent me a bunch of info a few months ago about it. It's his own company all he does is modify motorcycle seats. He contacted me a week ago saying his emails have been screwed up but it's getting annoying because its getting closer to riding season and I'm not ready

You might want to stay away from Corbin. While they might be comfortable, they will raise around 1.5 to 2 inches. I bought them for long distance touring and now i have to install risers to balance out the weight distribution.

Also, they are very expensive, around $550.
