2003 F4i loom
Where can a new/used but in good condition loom/harness be obtained? I'm part of University of Limerick's Formula Student (FSAE in most places, Formula Student in Europe) Team and we need to get a new harness (at least one anyway). The engine we have is a 2003 F4i. Will all F4i looms work or will I have to get a 2003 version?

Yes. You can use any F4i wiring harness...'01-06.
Other than ebay, you'll have to search motorcycle salvage yards for a used harness. Here in the U.S., many salvage co's are part of a network & might be able to help w/a search.
Otherwise, you'd have to buy a new harness from factory Honda, which will be pricey.
Maybe someone else will have other options & post 'em up.
