2003 F4i

Aright so I have a few questions about my bike but most important Is. I replaced spark plugs an I don't know which ignition coil goes to which plug. All the coils are exactly the same. Also I just put them in an tried to start it.. I'm hoping that wasn't a huge mistake
Thanks I'll post my others questions afterwards

the f4i plug order is pretty self explanatory. Plus them all into the subharness, then plug them in, in order of length of the wire. longest plug wire goes to the far side of the cylinders, next shortest to the second longest and so on.

Okay I'll have to try that In the am.
My battery died a few days ago so i replaced the battery and when I put it in it wouldn't fire. it just cranked thought I wasn't getting spark so I replaced plugs. then i realized that when I turn the key on the pump doesnt sound like it engaging so Im hoping that will fix it.

Also before this all happened if I was stopped getting ready to take off it would like bogg down. it would also spudder between 4500-6000 rmp then if i gun it its clean would that also be the fuel pump/ filter

Also if anybody is In So_Call who would be willing to help me figure this out would be cool. cuz I jus went to put those coils back in an no power I think something is draining my battery somehow. I dont have a clue
