Default 2002 F4i Wont start

Hi, I recently bought a 2002 cbr f4i off craigslist. 36k miles. she ran strong when i picked her up and the 3 days following. but after i began to take off the fairings i noticed a frayed wire coming from the rectifier to the stator so i replaced the wires with new wire, replaced the plugs and coil packs and still wont fire but cranks over. Bike has full power (all lights fuel pump primes can hear relays engaging) but just wont start.

My buddy and I now believe there may be a short in the wiring.
have seen in other threads that it could be the pink wire from the ignition and mine is seperated but when i spliced the wire together there was no change.
Need help

Well first off I would go back and make sure your connections are good. Barring no issues there....Id run back through the checklist first. Verfied you are getting spark? Is there any bare wires anywhere else? New coils were new or used? Give the fuses a look.
