Thanks for the help, I looked at it and it looks to be plugged in.

For another update for everyone I am buying a new motorcycle this week. More than likely a 07 600rr. Then once I have my new toy this 01 f4i is going to get ripped down to nothing by me and my other friend to find and repair whats wrong and then its going to be up for sale after that.
