2001 F4I Motor in a 2000 F4

Alright guys im new here but have checked over and over for the questions i am looking for am an unable to find anything and looking for a helping hand.

Picked up a 2000 CBR600 F4 with 6000 miles that as the story goes the oil pump dumped out on and blew the motor. So they guy went and bought a F4I motor and harness and tried to install it.

I picked it up cheap, like real cheap so its worth while to try to tackle this. He already has the motor installed so i did a bunch of searching through the forum and found that the ecu and the guages need to be switched to an F4I. I found a guy locally that has some but havent had time to meet up with him yet but my biggest question is this wiring harness.

I started pulling out the old harness this morning and it is almost plug and play until you get to the rear of the bike where it jumps to all the relays. So what i am looking for is some pictures or advise if anyone has ever tackled this project on what the deal with them is. Do i need to get a 2001 harness for the relays or am i missing something.

Any advise at all on the entire project would be greatly appreciated.
