2000 Honda CBR 600

So I took apart my bike as far as taking my air filter, gas tank, and stator off.....now it won't start or click but all the lights work fine...fuses are good...any ideas

I'm gonna assume alot is different since we have fuel injection, I'd try asking in the F4 forum.
