Well, that's a 12% reduction in gearing.
Taking wind resistance and all that stuff out of the equation, if your top speed was 150mph before, you are now capped at about 132mph. Also keep in mind that with stock gearing, your speedometer is off by 5-8% already, so when you regear, your speedo will be off by almost 20%!
You will want a speedohealer as when your speedo says 100mph, you will actually be going 80mph and racking up miles on the odometer much faster than you actually are.
I did a 15/47 with my 520 conversion, and in 6th gear my bike is topping out at 140mph. Still quick, but I definately lost some top end speed.

ok, as for your in town riding. I have the exact same setup and in town if im registering 35mph on the speedo, I am actually doing 32. At about 65, I am doing like 59-60mph. Those arent my personal guesses either. Thats me riding next to my buddy and him telling me what he is running in the car.

I have the -1 in front. All I do is base my speedo on a 10% reduction (yes I know its more but its easier to figure out in my head). I just sutract the first digit from the second sooo ... if my speedo reads 66 i figure i'm goin 60 or 99 and ima goin 90 and so on... and for all the wise guys subtract 10 mph over 100 hth
