Good news... Wal Mart has the 5 quart jug for $24.50. Bad news... they didn't have any rebate forms anywhere. I am assuming they are not a participating retailer. However you can probably get someone else to match the price if you can find it somewhere else that does have the rebate.

Mitch- A little research would tell you that you can get over 200,000 miles out of an f4i with regular maintenance. On this type of oil right here - Mobil 1 High Mileage 10W-40 -

And it's very reasonable in price. Why spend more? What do you hope to achieve?

The posts getting trimmed should be enough for everyone to play nicely from now on

And I used Mobil 1 Racing 4T in my bike last change. $9 / quart at Pep Boys

The automotive section at Walmart begs to differ

He meant they aren't participating in the rabate program. If you buy the oil from WalMart you can't get the $12 rebate.

Jared (thirdgenxli) lives like an hour from me. We ride together a lot. His bike truly is a workhorse! It keeps on going. I do believe though he recently switched over to the Rotella T6, I could be wrong so hopefully he will post up!
