Default 06 F4i Problems (Cali Model)

Lately I've incurred a very weird problem with my bike.

The throttle does not seem to want to open up all the way, almost as if I were not firing on all cylinders.

The bike seems to stall(hesitate) after 8,000rpms in any gear except for first. Which means I have a lot of difficulties going over ~75mph.

I stopped by a friend who's worked on bikes a lot and he says that it seems that I am firing on all cylinders because each of the headers is hot. He thinks that the problem is related to the evap canister that is on my bike since its a Cali Model, or possibly the fuel pump jammed up with some gunk in it.

On the ride home my friend who was following me noticed that the inside of my muffler was red hot and smoking. Definitely seemed like something was clogging it. After removal of the muffler and o2 sensor the bike still runs like dog butt.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on what the culprit could be? The bike has run perfect up until this week when this all started happening.

Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Viet

I'm just guessing here, maybe a pinch in the fuel line?

I had a problem close to this and it was my spark plug coils. I had two that were not connecting with the plugs fully.

I am not too familiar with my cbr just yet, where is the Mass Air Flow sensor? Someone on another forum mentioned it may be my timing or a bad stator where I am not getting enough voltage.
