02 F4i Weird Fuel Pump Issue
 

So my bike is finally running after over a year of issues. Everything works great except for one issue. My fuel pump will prime with no issues when the headlight is off. That is I take out the bulb. When I have a bulb in, everything powers up still but the fuel pump does not prime.

I have a new Yuasa battery installed. I can start the bike up without a low beam and turn on the high beam after the bike is on. But if the high beam switch is on, the pump won't prime. Any ideas what this could be?
