Default 02 F4i vs 95 FZR600

I just bought an 02 F4i and am now waiting for it to be shipped to me. Has anyone ridden both and be willing to compare the two? I own and started on the FZR600.

Well I just sold the FZR so I can focus on the f4i.. My FZR felt strongest after 6k, is this normal for 600cc?

Yes, most 4cyl 600cc sport bikes build much more power after 6000rpm. The F4i will feel the same at 6000-7000 as the FZR felt at its best. Then you'll cross 9000-10000rpm and it's a whole different planet.

And just when you think "This is so fast it's rediculous!" you'll realize the 1000-1400cc bikes are significantly faster STILL.

Ya, i had a 1996 fzr 600 and i sold it for my 02 cbr f4i. It seemed to be the fzr was a little bit torquier in lower rpms but thats it. THe honda handles better, it'sfaster, and looks much much better. I'm very happy i sold my fzr and bought this my cbr.

Thanks, I am planning on a power commander but I the bike is stock now. I hear PC+slip on + K&N air filter equals better midrange torque.
