01 Honda 600 F4i Will not start!
 

First off I bought the bike off a buddy of mine and he was riding the bike when it shut off so when I first looked at the bike nothing would turn on he had the ignition hot wired because he broke his key I checked the engine cut relay and the fuel cut relay and replaced them I also replaced the ignition with a aftermarket one and when it came it didn't come with any instructions wire colors Red, Red/Black, Green, black/white and I have no idea what wire go to what wires on the bikes wiring harness! As of right now I have it hooked to the Black to red/black, Red to Red, Pink to green, Blue/orange to black/white like I said I am not positive that's right. When the key is turned on I can here the engine cut relay close but the fuel cut relay will not close and prime the pump! I have checked the BAS and bypassed it I also checked the kick stand and engine stop button and still no luck. I also tired wiggled the main harness to see if the was a short and still no luck I am almost thinking it may be the computer but I don't wanna replace if there is something else I am missing hope someone can help me out I'm stumped on this
